On Friday, 14th February 2025, the Director-General, Mr.Mohammed Abdul-Salam, presented a cheque of GHS100,000 to Honourable Lawyer Charles Lwanga, the Upper West Regional Minister, on behalf of the Regional Coordinating Council.

This donation was in response to the rising cases of Cerebral Spinal Meningitis, which has tragically claimed the lives of fourten individuals out of seventy-eight diagnosed with the disease.

Standing on the Health Pillar of the Good Causes Foundation, which mandates the Authority to provide health support to Ghanaians in need, the National Lottery Authority made this contribution to aid efforts in combating the outbreak.

The presentation was made with the support of some members of the Executive Management of the Authority.
