CELEBRATING MADAM PATIENCE CODJOE
The Management and Staff of the National Lottery Authority (NLA) extend their gratitude to Madam Patience Codjoe of the Customer Service Department, who has retired after 39 years of dedicated service.
Mad. Codjoe began her career in February 1986 with the Ghana Publishing Company and officially joined Department of National Lotteries (now National Lottery Authority ) in 1988. Her exceptional dedication and work ethic earned her the Hardworking Staff Award the following year. She subsequently served as a Receptionist with the Customer Service Department for 15 years.
She also played a vital role in the manual sorting and distribution of winning tickets and forms to lotto receivers in regions across the country.
Throughout her career, Madam Patience embodied her name, serving with kindness, a warm smile, and patience. Her contributions have left a lasting impact on the NLA, and her presence will be greatly missed.
We celebrate her remarkable journey and wish her a joyful and healthy retirement. Thank you, Madam Patience Codjoe, for your years of outstanding service.
